The booking is only valid when having a written confirmation from both parties.
Cancellations: For cancellations from 30 to 20 days before arrival, we ask 25% of the total amount without any meals, until 14 days before arrival 50%, until 7 days before arrival 75% and later 100%. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the room without any meals! We suggest you to take out travel insurance. In case of bookings long before the arrival, we kindly ask our guests to contact us via phone, fax or e-mail about one week before arrival. If it shouldn’t be able for you to arrive for dinner (until 8 pm) on the day of your arrival, we would like you to inform us.
Final cleaning for dogs: € 45.00 (€ 15.00 for parquet floors)
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
NEW - Travel insurance - For 2007 we also offer you travel insurance. The insurance can't be booked together with the room and its costs will be on your hotel invoice the day of departure. We cover all cancellation fees in case of accident, illness or death of the insured people for 1.50 euros per person and holiday day (medical or equal certificate necessary). Please inform us!
